Alexander Boulton is a professional jazz guitarist, banjo player and composer. He graduated from The New Zealand School of Music is 2018 (BMus First Class Hons) and specialises in Swing and Bebop playing, as well as clawhammer banjo and early jazz styles.

Alexander has been teaching, composing and performing professionally in Wellington, NZ and London UK respectively for the past few years years. He has released 3 albums of original music under his own name 'Portrait', 'Honey' and 'Les Charmants'.
