Charlie is a pianist studying jazz at the Guildhall School of Music and Drama. He started playing at the age of seven, performed his first solo function gigs and wedding receptions at the age of twelve, and started teaching at the age of fifteen. Now, Charlie teaches privately, and gigs alongside his studies at GSMD. He takes lessons in both classical and jazz at the Guildhall and has an ARSM Diploma in Classical Performance.  

Born into a musical family, Charlie has a deep passion and love for music. Charlie’s teaching ethos is centred around creating a fun and relaxed environment where the joy of music can be shared. He likes all genres, and has performed in solo settings, jazz quartets, funk and fusion bands, rock bands, choirs, pit bands, and orchestras.
